The Stables, sleeps up to 7 people

A really pretty cottage of honey-coloured stone, part of a barn conversion and retaining lots of the original features, including beamed ceilings throughout.The private garden area is enclosed by plants and shrubs and includes patio furniture and a barbecue.

 

On the ground floor is the comfortable oak-beamed lounge with dining area, separated from the entrance hall and kitchen by the rustic wooden stalls of the original stables. The television provides terrestrial French and satellite British channels. In addition there is a DVD and VHS recorder, with a large range of films available. There is also a CD/cassette/radio player. A bookcase provides a varied selection of holiday reading and there are also various games and jigsaw puzzles. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, good sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc. There is an  automatic washing machine, with ironing board, iron etc. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with twin hand basins and WC.


On the first floor there is a large, airy master bedroom with double bed plus a large single bed (left as a divan if not needed as a bed). There is also a twin bedded room and a small double bedroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with electric fans. Cots and high chairs can be provided if needed.  There is also a WC with hand basin on this floor. A stair guard protects the top of the stairs.
